Pharma Jan Samadhan (PJS)
Digital India InitiativeThe Pharma Jan Samadhan (PJS) initiative is part of the Government of India’s Digital India initiative, which aims at empowering citizens through a transparent, accountable and responsive governance system.
PJS provides consumers with an effective and time-bound grievance redressal system to deal with complaints related to pricing, shortage and non-availability of medicines. Apart from the internet-based online facility, there is also a consumer Help Line available to lodge complaints.
